All you need is hookup the ATM; supply it with cash; and link your bank with the processing provider. Don’t worry! WongATM can provide you with any or all three essentials to keep your ATM up and running.

Our ATM complies with law and regulations. Its sign also said to call us directly and to not bother store manager/ owner. So you can leave all the customer service to us.
But if you’re looking for something extra, for example: if your business wants to advertise for the atm service, we can provide signages, led lights, etc.; or if your internet connection is slow, we can provide a wireless service with major wireless carrier such as AT&T or Verizon.

Why would I want an ATM on my business place?Having an ATM onsite provides convenient service for your customers. As business owners, you can also cut down on credit cards processing fees; and can also help improve overall sales.

What kinds of businesses usually want an ATM service?Cash only businesses or cash heavy businesses or heavy foot traffic businesses. Common examples are convenience stores, gas stations, takeout restaurants, liquor stores, tobacco shops, dispensaries.

If it’s all free; what’s the catch?To business owner, there’s no catch. Really. The small withdraw fee (also called surcharge by banks, card issuers, or processing companies) is charged directly from user’s debit/ credit cards. In short, the users of the ATM pay us directly for the service; so that we don’t have to charge business owner anything.

I never have an ATM and I want one at my business place.We understand that running a business means you focus all your working hours with your business so skip the busy work and let WongATM handle the ATM service for you. Your customers will still get the convenience of having ATM onsite, but you don’t have to maintain the machine; nor to monitor cash level; nor to keep a reserve supply of cash.

How much would the ATM service cost me?If you let us handle everything, it would cost your business practically nothing. We provide the ATM for free, and we install it for free. We supply it with our cash, and we process all the transactions. We don’t charge you anything, and you don’t get a bill at the end of the month. The machine itself uses very little power, probably less power than a modern cellphone.

So what is my responsibility if I use your service?For the ATM, keep the machine plugged in and keep the internet connected. For the place, keep the general cleanliness and accessibility. Blocking the machine with furniture, shelving etc. is not comply with American Disability Act; and also our technicians need access to the machine regularly to service it.

I need to move the internet router.If the internet line is still within reach, unplug the machine, move the router, then plug the machine back, it should work again in 5 to 10 minutes. If the internet line is out of reach, call the number on the machine to schedule our technician to rewire the internet line. (The ATM will not work without internet connection.)

My customers complain that they cannot withdraw cash.If the screen doesn’t say any error (it says “Welcome to (your business name”), 9 times out of 10 that debit / credit card is at its limit so the card issuer deny any withdrawals. If your customers believe the card should work, they should call the number on the back of the card. If the screen says any ERROR code, please call and tell us the code.

I think the machine is not working.We constantly monitor the machine and usually send out technicians to take care of it within a 1 business day. However, if you notice that the ATM says ERROR CODE on the screen; please do call and tell us the code. Often, we can reset it remotely.

I’m moving / remodeling / changing my business name.Call us to schedule our technician to remove/ move/ or reprogram.

I am changing my internet or am changing my wifi password.The ATM will stop working when it fails to connect to wifi. Please unplug the machine and call us to schedule our technician to reprogram the wifi.
